Cookie Policy

This page explains which cookies and similar storage the FlowLogicx platform at https://app.flowlogicx.com uses and why. The short version: one cookie that signs you in, one that the security check on our forms sets, two small browser preferences, and nothing that tracks you.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website places in your browser so that it can recognise you between one page and the next. Browsers also offer "local storage" and "session storage", which work like cookies but are never sent to the server; we list those too, because they raise the same questions.

Pages inside the platform load fonts, icons and script libraries from content delivery networks. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details when the file is fetched; they do not set cookies on our pages.
3. What we do not use
The platform has no analytics, advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies, no tracking pixels and no fingerprinting. We do not sell or share browsing data. Because every cookie we use is either strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for or a preference you set yourself, the law does not require your consent for them and we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add a cookie that needs consent, we will ask you before it is set and update this page.
4. Websites published by our customers
Organizations that publish their own websites, booking pages or forms through FlowLogicx may add their own analytics or marketing tools to those sites. Those cookies are set under the organization's name and are covered by that organization's own cookie and privacy notices, not by this page.
5. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser's settings; the browser's help pages explain how. If you block the PHPSESSID cookie you will not be able to sign in, because the platform has no way to recognise you from one request to the next. If you block the security check's cookie the check may fail and the sign-in or contact form will ask you to try again. Clearing local storage only resets your appearance and sidebar preferences.
The platform does not respond to "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" browser signals, because it does no tracking to switch off.
6. Changes to this policy
The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version. If we add a cookie or change what one does we will update this page and, where consent is needed, ask for it.
